recruiting services. My staff represents 378 years of experience and I
personally have 39 years of management experience. We work with absolutely top quality people from all areas; industry, academia,
and the national laboratory system and I believe we have developed an
impeccable reputation over the years.
A PERSPECTIVE. There are great opportunities available,
unfortunately you don't have access to many of them. We can acquaint you
with opportunities that meet your personal and professional needs with
minimal effort on your part and at no cost.
WHO DO WE WORK WITH? We work with GE, Raytheon, L3, several National Labs, medium to small size companies, and a number of start up efforts.

BACKGROUND. TSA is staffed by experienced, totally professional

THE PROCESS. A resume is required to initiate the process.
We will follow up with a short call to obtain details on areas that are
typically not covered in the resume. Armed with this, we will take an
intelligent and totally confidential industry look to identify outstanding
opportunities that are appropriate for you. When we find a position that
matches your background and experience, we will call you to provide the
details. If the opportunity sounds interesting to you, we will present
your qualifications to the hiring authority in the company. Our goal is
to start the process with a telephone interview. We will prepare you for
the telephone interview and any subsequent on-site interviews.
STANDARD FEE POLICY. All our fees are paid by our client
companies.
PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES. A confidential list of references
for TSA or the individual recruiter you are working with can be provided.
