A. GENERAL INFORMATION
AN OVERVIEW. We offer special, if not unique, executive
recruiting services. My staff represents 378 years of experience and I
personally have 39 years of management experience. We work with absolutely top quality people from all areas; industry, academia,
and the national laboratory system and I believe we have developed an
impeccable reputation over the years.
A PERSPECTIVE. Let me also put this in proper perspective.
First, I fully appreciate that you would want, and need, to exhaust your
internal capability to bring in new people. But, if you aren't satisfied
with either the quantity or quality you find, I can certainly solve your
problems. Second, I deal with all levels from young degreed specialists
to CEOs, COOs, or presidents. Third, I can provide the best quality people
from whatever base of experience you desire. We have placed technical
specialists, technical generalists, managers from all levels, special
staff such as quality assurance, sales and marketing, testing, human resources,
controllers, and contract administrators.
WHO DO WE WORK WITH? We work with GE, Raytheon, L3, several National Labs, medium to small size companies, and a number of start up efforts.

A CUSTOM SERVICE. I guarantee you will be getting a
custom service of exceptional quality. A large part of our work is repeat
business. Quite frankly, we are very good and our customers are extremely
happy with not only our product but our process.
TRUST & CONFIDENCE. As this endeavor unfolds it
will require a great deal of mutual trust and confidence and we do not
take that challenge lightly. We will work extremely hard to earn it. We

METHODS OF RECRUITING CANDIDATES. Once a candidate is
contacted and interest in a career change is ascertained, a preliminary
interview is conducted over the telephone. At this time, resumes and references
are also obtained. If a candidate warrants further considerations, a complete
reference check is conducted. References from business associates, supervisors,
customers, and employers are checked. If required by the hiring authority,
arrangements can be made for psychological or professional skill testing
as well. Local candidates are interviewed in our facility as part of the
interviewing process.
The result of our candidates' reference checks, resumes, salary history
and all other pertinent data are compiled and presented to the employer.
During the search for candidates, TSA will keep the client company contact
appraised of progress of the search on a weekly basis. Once candidates
are screened, we will present the candidates to the company.
STANDARD FEE POLICY. We perform our services on either
a contingency or retainer basis. There are pluses and minuses, of course,
for either approach. TSA normally works on a contingency basis. At times
however, we will work on a retainer or consulting basis. On retainer,
our fee schedule is the same, however, payment is made on a partial pro-rated
basis during the time we are conducting our recruiting activities. Final
payment is due upon completion of the assignment.
PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES. A confidential client list
can be made available for your review. In addition, a list of references
for the firm and the individual recruiter you are working with can be
provided. If you desire either of these, please contact us.
