ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:

• BS minimum in a technical field; MS desired.

EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• 12+ years of engineering and engineering management

• Extensive and proven knowledge of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) technology. Recent experience preferred.

• Currently hold or have previously held (within the last 24 months) a TS/SCI security clearance. If the candidate does not have an active TS/SCI clearance, the candidate needs to have a TS clearance that’s easily transferable (within 2-4 weeks). Strong personality able to deal with variety of teammates with similar personalities

• Ability to work as a team while also being able to represent the best interests of the company

Desired:

• Experience with hardware-focused system development

• Experience in the IC community

• Existing TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly

• General: The TSM is a technical expert that is responsible for leading and managing the technical aspects of a FPGA oriented subcontract. The TSM serves as the single point of contact that owns the technical content of the subcontract, spanning hardware, software, and systems. For this position, candidates need extensive knowledge of FPGAs (Field Programmable Gate Arrays).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing the technical specifications for the subcontractor

• Conducting technical reviews and assessments

• Supporting the identification and evaluation of subcontract technical risks and mitigation approaches

• Reviewing subcontract deliverables

• Maintaining frequent interface with corresponding subcontractor technical representative

• Providing subcontractor technical status to program management
